AFC was founded in Bulgaria in 2004 as Art Form Creations.
What began in the creative industry gradually moved into software development, systems engineering and, today, applied artificial intelligence. AFC is now a founder-led technology company focused on AI engineering, research, consulting and custom software.

Founder
Ivan is a software engineer and AI researcher with more than 20 years of experience building production software.
His background spans backend systems, APIs, integrations, data processing and long-lived business applications. His current engineering focus is applied artificial intelligence and the infrastructure required to make AI useful in production.
He holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Data Processing and conducts doctoral research in adaptive large language models, continual learning and knowledge retention.
How AFC works with clients
Engagements start with a technical conversation and a defined first step — an assessment, an architecture, or a narrow prototype on real data. Work is delivered by the founder, with specialist collaborators added only when a project genuinely requires them.
